Information about arrangements for the Summer Holiday, 2014
全体外国留学生DEAR ALL:
根据学校《关于2014年暑期放假有关事项的通知》，现将8868体育官方入口2014年暑期放假的有关工作安排通知如下：In line with the University notice, we would arrange the summer holiday 2014 as follows:
一、时间安排Duration of the Holiday
1. 外国留学生放假时间为7月14日至8月31日，9月1日上课。老生9月2-8日履行按月签到手续，新生按照录取通知书时间要求报到注册The holiday for international students would start at 14 July and come to the end on 31 August, all current students should do monthly registration from 2-8 of September, new comers should follow the registration instructions with the admission.
2. 教职工放假时间为7月17日至8月24日，8月25日正常上班。放假期间，根据值班安排实行轮休Staff of CIE would enjoy the summer holiday from 17 July to 24 August, and take turns to be on duty during the holiday.
3. 学院假期值班时间为：上午9:00－11:30，下午15:00－17:30（具体见附件）留学生公寓执行24小时值班opening time of the office: 9:00—11:30 am, 15:00-17:30 pm; 24-hour duty system for the international students’ dorm.
二、假期安全Security operation
1. 要积极学习用电、用水等安全知识，做好安全防范，确保安全All international students should learn the safety knowledge of electricity and water using and do care about the safety in the dorm (No.21), to ensure the security of our dorm and to meet all requirements of the safety inspection from the University.
2. 外出杨凌时要向值班老师通报，注意旅途人身及财产安全，遵守社会法规与交通规则，深夜不外出闲逛，尤其是女性留学生Report your traveling destination and contact way to the teacher on duty before leaving Yangling. Be aware of your personal security and do obey with the traffic regulations, don’t hang out at night, especially for female student alone.
3. 要注意假期安全，为保证生命财产安全，请不要让陌生人进入房间；在校生要保持公寓生活秩序，按时作息Watch out for burglary and take care of your belongings especially the precious possessions. In order to avoid putting your life and possessions at risk, DO NOT let strangers into your room. Abide by the regulations and maintain the public order, do not disturb others.
1. 外出（含回国）学生要按时返校，完成报到入学程序；因特殊情况不能按时返回的，应提前向外国留学生辅导员请假All off campus students should come back in time for registration of the new semester, delaying in other places under special situation, please send an e-mail to Teacher Shao for getting permission.
2. 全体外国留学生必须在居留许可到期前7天来办公室办理延期，在校生可联系值班老师办理居留许可或家属签证延期手续All students must come to International office for the residence permit extension 7 days in advance before it was expired, on campus students could contact the teacher on duty during the holiday for the extension.
3. 从他国或地区重新入境中国后，请到公寓楼管处领取临时住宿登记表，及时报值班老师，确保24小时内报送示范区公安局出入境管理处Fill <the Accommodation Registration Form for Foreign Nationals> in the front desk of our dorm after entering China, and then submit it to the teacher on duty for sending fax to the police station during 24 hours.

值班要求：
1．坚守工作岗位，保证电话24小时畅通，临时换班须经带班领导同意；
2．及时处理文件、传真、信件及分送报刊等日常工作；
3．按时交接班，值班人员当天需填写值班记录表，需要向下一班移交的工作要交待清楚；
4．注意办公室防火、防水、防盗等安全防范工作，遇到重大问题或突发事件要及时请示带班领导；
5. 完成领导交办的其它工作。
